Hi, I'm Orna - an Irish-Canadian multidisciplinary creative, based in Ontario, working in service design.
My focus is identifying and solving human-centred problems, to create measurable value for clients.
I have always been interested in the person at the centre of a design solution. Prior to design, I worked as a journalist focusing on human interest stories for companies like INM, the Daily Mail, Press Association, Russia Today, i newspaper and others.
These days, I'm an acting lead service designer and initiatives manager at the Innovation Hub in the Chief Digital Service Transformation Office, at Veterans Affairs Canada.
